Al D’Andrea is a professional actor, director, teacher, and playwright living in Boothbay Harbor, Maine after dozens of years of work in film, television, and on stage in New York and Los Angeles.
He currently serves as Artistic Director of Snowlion Repertory Company and Boothbay Summer Theater.
Al D’Andrea is a member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors’ Equity Association (AEA).

Al D’Andrea is a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC).
He directs plays and musicals, specializing in large cast shows. His career focus has been on the development of new work for the stage.
Al D’Andrea teaches acting with a unique 5-unit modular system he developed, based on his work with his mentors, legendary actress and teacher Stella Adler and Hollywood sensation Stephen Book.
Al D’Andrea has written or overseen the development of an extensive body of plays – as a playwright, project director, and/or story contributor – that seek to illuminate the ethical, spiritual, and political issues of our time. All are available for production on request.
